This song was inspired heavily by the themes and story of Cyberpunk 2077. Being a massive fan of dystopian future films and books, this game was always going to be a massive hit with me.

The song is written from the perspective of an industrial metal artist residing in Night City, outraged by the many perceived wrongdoings of the megacorporations, and those in charge of them. Drawing on the parallels between this fictional universe and what’s been happening in recent times in our own world, I channeled that outrage into the song.

Written on my 9 string guitar and using many layers of metal instruments blended with aggressive synths, a sound I’m immensely proud of and happy to call my own.

For the video I wanted to have a colorful look, but channeled some of the 80s/90s horror aesthetics. USing split colors on my face and low angle shots, combined with filters and film emulation, I really love how the video looks and feels when combined with the song.
